Are the items on your website the only items you have in your brick-and-mortar Toronto boutiques?
No! We have over 2000 square feet of beautiful floorspace over two locations, so we have lots of space to stock a variety of items in our shops that are not available online. Think of our online shop as a curated collection of some of our favourite things. If you are in Toronto and looking for a greater variety of styles and products, please come by and see what’s in store!

 

Why are there products in your brick and mortar shops that are not available online and vice versa?
Our online and in-store shops are sister companies, but are run as separate businesses with separate stock.

 

If I bought an item in your online store can I exchange it in your brick-and-mortar shops?
Yes, but you must fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) form within 4 days of receiving your items. We will respond to your request with instructions but please note, as is the same with our in-store policy, items must be exchanged in store within 15 days, no refunds. To request an RA please email us at damzels@damzels.com, Subject: RA Request.

 

How do I know what size to buy?
Please measure yourself in inches using our “How to Measure Yourself” diagram below. Once you have your measurements, refer to our size charts for each item. Please note the size charts are given by brand, and not per item, so there may be slight discrepancies depending on the style of dress, even though we try our darndest to provide the most accurate information we can!
 
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes! You can find the option in our online store.
 
Can GCs purchased online be used in-store and vice versa?
Unfortunately, only Gift Certificates purchased online can be used online, and GCs purchased in-store can only be used in our Toronto stores at this time. If you are out of town and would like to purchase a GC for someone to use in-store, please give us a call at 416.533.3232 and we can do the transaction over the phone.


What if you are out of my size?
We keep a small amount of inventory that is constantly changing. If we are out of your size it likely means you missed out this time around. We’re sorry about that, but it’s how we keep things exciting around here! Alternatively, you are welcome to send an email to damzels@damzels.com, and we can check if we have it in-store for you, and will do our best to respond within 48 hours.

 

Where are your dresses made?
Our in-house label, Damzels in this Dress, is manufactured in the heart of Toronto. We also carry a wide variety of products from different suppliers that are made around the world.

 

Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

 

What does it mean to get items from Canada?
Well, if you’re receiving the shipment within Canada it means you won’t have to pay pesky duties or brokerage charges. Freedom! Conversely, if you are buying outside of Canada you may be subject to duties and custom charges by your government which are beyond our control.

 

Will you mark my parcel as a “gift” or de-value the amount for customs?
Unfortunately, we can’t. Thanks for understanding.
