Return and Exchange Policy

CHRISTMAS exchanges: Gifts purchased between Nov.15-Dec.24 are eligible for exchange until Jan.15. Please note any Christmas themed items are not returnable after Dec.24th.

Toronto Boutique Exchange Policy: 

Unworn items purchased at one of our Toronto boutiques are eligble for exchange within 15 days for different item or store credit. No refunds. Thank-you for supporting small business!

Online Returns & Exchanges within Canada:

You are eligible for a refund on all NON SALE items if the unworn product arrives back to us within 10 days from when the order was originally delivered. Please note items received back after 10 days are only eligible for a store credit good for online or in-store use. The maximum time for exchange is 15 days.

Please note if you placed and order online for curbside pick-up the window for a refund is 10 from when we notify you that your order is ready for pick-up.

SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS UNDER 30% OFF : are non-refundable however you may arrange for an exchange within 15 days by emailing us.

SALE I& DISCOUNTED ITEMS 30% OFF AND OVER: are final sale

Need a quick size exchange on non-sale items? Purchase your new size of the same style online immediately after receiving the item (if available) and the previous size purchased will be refunded once received back by us.

Return packages received after 30 days will be refused, shipped back at buyer’s expense, or donated to charity. No portion will be refunded or credited.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange please email us:

  • An email will be sent to you with a RA form to fill out (please note, expect up to 3 days for our reply with the RA)
  • Once the RA is reviewed, we will issue you an RA# via email with instructions. 

**Please note that all return shipping fees are at the buyer’s expense. We recommend you insure your return packages, as lost packages are solely the responsibility of the buyer and will not be eligible for a refund.  

Items that are NOT refundable or exchangeable:

MASKS. Sale items, swimwear, and hosiery are all final sale.

HOLIDAY THEMED ITEMS: Items with Christmas & Halloween imagery are final sale.

Items without their original tags, worn items, altered items, stained items (lipstick, deodorant, or other), items with odour (perfume, cigarettes, pets, or other), damaged items, and otherwise incomplete items (missing belts, buttons, or tags) will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Items sent back to us that are not eligible for return will be shipped back at buyer’s expense, or donated to charity.

U.S & International Returns:

Return and exchange policy same as above. Please note that any additional cost of customs, taxes or duties incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and are non-refundable.
