Why do I need an appointment for this year's sale?
As it's been 3 years since our last sale, we are expecting an extremely high turnout. We are requesting everyone reserve a ticketed time slot to ensure a comfortable shopping experience. This limits wait times for change rooms, ample shopping space, and quicker check outs.
Can I bring a friend?
Sure but each person MUST book their own ticket.
What does masks preferred mean?
We kindly request the wearing of masks during the sale to help keep our staff safe for the duration of the event.
Are all sales final?
Yes
Can I attend more than once?
Yes, but each shopping experience must be booked separately. There is a limit to 3 bookings per person as we are trying to ensure availability for all.
What if I'm running late?
If you are more than 15 minutes late your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list. We will do our best to hold spots but the sale is short and the tickets are hot!
What if I am not done shopping and my hour is up?
You may book another time slot online if there is one available.
What's on sale?
There will be a good mix of sizes, last ones and gems from past seasons. This is our once a year event so we save up pieces for it all year long! Please note new arrivals will not be part of the sale.
Can I bring my partner?
Sorry, capacity is very limited so everyone entering will need their own "ticket".
Are walk ins allowed?
Only on Sunday February 26th, for all other sale days a time slot must be booked.
Is the sale also going to be online?
No, this is an in store only event.
Can you hold items or have them transferred from your other store?
We cannot do hold or transfers during the sale.
Can I try on non-sale items like new arrivals and swimsuits that I saw online during the sale?
Unfortunaltely new and non-sale items are only available online during the sale. Please note all online orders won't be shipped or available for curbside pick-up until Feb 28th.
What about Doll Points?
As our Doll Points rules state, points cannot be collected or redeemed on sale items.
Why are you having this sale? Are you going out of business?
No, we aren't going anywhere! We have been doing this Once-A-Year sale for almost 15 years as a way to make room for a new season...and make a few sale shoppers happy!
