Shipping within Canada:
Congratulations Canadian buyer, you won’t have to pay customs and duty charges. WOOOHOOO!!!
Free shipping within Canada on orders over $150.
$14 shipping flat rate within Canada for orders under $150. Please note if you are double charged shipping with Canada ($28 instead of $14 we will refund you the $14...we are working out a glitch!)
All Canadian orders are shipped Expedited with track# through Canada Post.
- Shipping to the USA:
- For a limited time we are excited to offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA on orders $350+ (before tax & shipping). **Please note any duties or customs charges incurred during shipping are additional and not covered under the free shipping.
- Purchases under $350 will receive a flat ship rate of $25.
- All orders to the USA are sent via Canada Post Regular Mail. All parcels are traceable and may take 6-12 business days to arrive, but please allow for more time due to the potential for customs delays and other forces beyond our control.
- Shipments to the USA may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If you refuse shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund or store credit. Should this amount equal or exceed the total value of your order, you will receive no money back nor any store credit.
International Shipping:
- For a limited time, we are offering a flat shipping rate through Canada Post of $35, for orders to Australia, France, Germany, UK, Ireland, Sweden & Switzerland. For orders to all other countries, shipping will be calculated by weight.
- International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund or store credit. Should this amount equal or exceed the total value of your order, you will receive no money back nor any store credit.
- International Shipments may take 1-2 weeks, however please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery due to the potential intervention of forces beyond our control.
General shipping information:
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 4-5 days during holidays, and 3 days if placed on the weekend.
Changes to orders: We cannot make adjustments to an order once it is placed. Our system is automated so it is very difficult to catch an order before it ships. You can request a return or exchange once the order arrives, if you made a mistake or chose the wrong size.
Stock Availability: Our inventory is kept as up-to-date as possible, but sometimes discrepancies may occur. If you make an order and the stock availability has changed, we will inform you either via e-mail or phone and will fully refund you for the item.
