Can I bring a friend?
Yes, anyone shopping is welcome!

Are all sales final?
Yes, all sales are final on sale merchandise. However, our regular exchange policy is valid for regular priced inventory.

What are the discounts?

Tues. Feb 10: 30% off, Wed. Feb 11: 40%, Thurs-Sun 50% OFF. Helpful hint if you want a good deal but want to avoid massive crowds then 30% off day is the best day for you!

What is on sale?

All the stickered clothing items are on sale. There will be a good mix of sizes, last ones and gems from past seasons. This is our once a year event so we save up pieces for it all year long! Please note new arrivals will not be part of the sale. Limited gifts and accessories on sale too.

$30 or 2 for $50 rack. Available for the entirety of the sale or while supplies last.

New Spring, regular priced merchandise will also be available in-store during the sale. Come get the first look at new Effie's and more!

Can I attend more than once?
Yes!

Is the sale also going to be online?
No, this is an in store only event.

Can you hold items or have them transferred from your other store?

We cannot do holds or transfers during the sale.

Is everything available for try-on?

All sales items are encouraged to try-on as they are final sale. Unfortunately  some new and non-sale items (like swimsuits) are only available online during the sale. Please note all online orders won't be shipped or available for curbside pick-up until Feb,18th.

What about Doll Points?
As our Doll Points rules state, points cannot be collected or redeemed on sale items.

Will staff be able to help me me shop?

We are so proud to be known for our amazing customer service. Unfortunately during sale time staff will be too busy to offer our usual level of service and styling. If you require more assistance it is highly suggested you come on the 30% Off day.

Can I use Gift Cards and Store Credits?

If you do not have a copy of your credit of GC we won't be able to process it until after the sale as we will not have time to find it in the system, so please bring a copy if you have it! 

Can I use my Do It Again Dolls gift certificate at the sale?

Yes, but only on new, regularly priced merchandise. A printed copy or QR code on phone is mandatory during the sale or we will not be able to process GC. 

Why are you having this sale? Are you going out of business?

No, we aren't going anywhere! We have been doing this Once-A-Year sale for almost 18 years as a way to make room for a new season...and make a few sale shoppers happy!
